Visit by Ronny Sæther

A Heartwarming Visit by Ronny Sæther, Leandra Orquidea, and Daughters to Safe Haven Foundation.

On the afternoon of June 6, 2025, the Founder of Safe Haven Foundation, Prof. Fatima Waziri-Azi, had the immense honor of welcoming Ronny Sæther, a Norwegian diplomat serving in Nigeria, his wife Leandra Orquidea, and their two beautiful daughters to the Safe Haven Foundation Office and Shelter.

The visit was more than ceremonial. It was deeply human. The Sæther family came with open hearts, genuine curiosity, and a strong desire to connect. They toured the facility, and most importantly, interacted with survivors currently residing at our shelter. Their presence brought smiles, comfort, and encouragement to survivors who are on a difficult path to healing.

Leandra and the girls offered thoughtful gifts to the survivors, a touching act of solidarity and kindness. The family also made a personal financial donation to support our services, a contribution that will go a long way in sustaining our work.

The Sæther family’s visit exemplifies the impact that compassionate individuals and families can have on the lives of survivors. We are truly grateful for their visit and support.
